Job Description

Responsibilities

Obtain raw materials from the purchasing team on time.

Make sure the manufacturing process is followed correctly to obtain the right finished component for assembly.

Make sure that every dimension is current in the Job Card and that it adheres to the drawing standards.

proficiency with the use of measurement devices.

following all safety guidelines and procedures at work.

Knowledge on cost of manufacturing.

a basic understanding of Kaizen and 5S Housekeeping

Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of production processes.

- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure dimensional accuracy.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting workplace safety.

- Basic knowledge of cost control in manufacturing and process optimization.

- Familiarity with 5S and Kaizen principles for continuous improvement.

- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Role: Production Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs 

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile

Salary: From 30K per Month
