Responsibilities

Create, create, and put into action quality control methods and protocols.

Make ensuring that regulations and industry standards are followed.

Examine and test the quality of goods, resources, and services.

Utilize suitable techniques and equipment to monitor and assess quality parameters

Keep thorough records of all test results, inspections, and quality control procedures.

Provide in-depth reporting on performance and quality metrics.

Determine and record any flaws, modifications, or non-conformities.

Work together with the appropriate teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Examine quality control data to find patterns and opportunities for development.

Propose and implement modifications to existing procedures for enhanced efficiency

Assist engineering, production, and other departments closely to guarantee that quality requirements are fulfilled.

Give input and work together on projects aimed at ongoing development.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality control (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

- Proficiency in using inspection tools and testing equipment to assess quality parameters.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in data analysis and reporting of quality metrics.

- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
