Responsibilities

2. Recruit and Train Staff

3. Staff Performance Management
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching to maximize efficiency.
4. Facilitate Information Flow
- Ensure smooth communication within the company to support operations.
5. Schedule and Deadline Management
- Manage schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
6. Inventory and Procurement
- Monitor office supplies and manage purchasing within budget constraints.
7. Budget and Cost Management
- Track costs and expenses to support budget preparation.
8. Facilities and Maintenance Oversight
- Oversee facility services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 25K per Month
