Job Description :

*Tools knowledge must be required

* Thorough knowledge on GD & T Engineering drawing Getting detailed specifications from customers and ensuring production as per specifications given by customers. 

Deep knowledge of Press tools and machining Selection of tooling materials and heat treatment process must be key knowledge Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing, Machined parts quality evaluation must Industrial Engineering & product Development Spring back calculation and suggest design to compensate in tools Part quality analysis in geometry and advice tool room to implement countermeasures Supplier parts BOP and LBOP incoming inspection knowledge must New supplier development audit and supplier development IATF certification audit faced and worked as a internal auditor is additional advantage Hands on experience in manufacturing of sheet metal parts, dies & checking fixtures Internal & external audit experience in customer buyoff activity 7QC tools, QMS, Root Analysis CMM, 3D Scanning Process qualification & validation Customer requirements understanding and explain to tool room

Edu : ITI  /Dip /BE /Btech

Exp : 0 to 5 yrs
