Focus: In a manufacturing setting centred in Chennai, place special emphasis on the fundamental abilities of inventory management, maintaining accurate records, supervising store operations, and arranging material flow.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Oversee and manage our Chennai manufacturing facility's stores department's inventory of components, finished goods, raw materials, and spare parts.

In our Chennai operations, make sure that all incoming materials are accurately and promptly received, inspected, and stored in accordance with established protocols.

Using inventory management software and manual procedures as needed in our Chennai factory, keep thorough records of all inventory movements, including receipts, issues, and returns.

To guarantee inventory accuracy and spot inconsistencies in our Chennai locations, perform routine physical stock checks and compare the results with system records.

Ensure timely availability and appropriate documentation in our Chennai facility by supervising the issuance of materials to production departments in accordance with authorised requisitions.

What you need:

Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems commonly used in Chennai's manufacturing sector.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to effectively manage and supervise a team of stores personnel in a Chennai work environment.
