Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Head of the Quality Control (QC) Department based in Chennai, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing all quality control activities across our manufacturing processes. This strategic leadership role will leverage your deep expertise in quality management systems, advanced inspection methodologies, and team leadership within the Chennai industrial context. You will be instrumental in developing and executing quality control strategies, driving a culture of quality consciousness, and ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Skills:

strong knowledge of local statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu, regulatory regulations, and pertinent industry standards.

expertise in setting up and overseeing advanced inspection tools and technologies.

demonstrated capacity to use data-driven methods to lead QC function projects for continual improvement.

Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to assemble a cooperative, productive QC team in Chennai.

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree
