Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Develop and implement quality control procedures for paintshop processes.

Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Analyze paint defects and identify root causes, implementing corrective and preventative actions.

Monitor and control paint process parameters (temperature, humidity, viscosity, etc.).

Perform paint testing and analysis (adhesion, gloss, thickness, etc.).

What you need:

Strong understanding of paint processes and application techniques.

Knowledge of paint testing methods and standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.).

Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.

Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.).
