Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and put into effect quality control protocols for paintshop operations.

To make sure that quality standards and specifications are being followed, conduct audits and inspections.

Examine paint flaws, determine their underlying causes, and take preventative and remedial action.

Keep an eye on and regulate the viscosity, temperature, humidity, and other aspects of the painting process.

Test and analyse paint properties such as adhesion, gloss, and thickness. 

Skills:

strong knowledge of paint application methods and processes.

familiarity with paint testing procedures and guidelines (ASTM, ISO, etc.).

the capacity to examine data and spot patterns and trends.

familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.

Role: Paintshop Quality Engineer

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
