Candidate Evaluation and Communication Mastery: Demonstrates exceptional interviewing skills, strong behavioural diagnostic insights, and extremely compelling negotiation talents to command authority and retain talent.

Technical Specification Interpretation: Demonstrates a strong ability to interpret thick engineering job descriptions, decode technical competencies, and map them to relevant resumes.

Project Management & Multi-Tasking Agility: It takes a high level of organisational discipline to manage 15+ active multi-level job requisitions at the same time without affecting selection quality or candidate experience.
