Job Description

For a Domestic Voice Process position, we are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant team. You will be in charge of communicating with clients on the phone, offering outstanding assistance, and fostering a good rapport in this role.

Requirements:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build strong rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships

Accurately document all customer interactions, including call notes, resolutions, and customer information, in the company's CRM system

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and comprehension skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers

Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically
