Role & responsibilities

Preventive & breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (HMC, VMC, VTL, HBM, Hydraulic Press & Furnaces)

Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication & coolant systems

Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues

Replace bearings, belts, couplings, seals And other mechanical components

Machine alignment, leveling & calibration

Maintain PM checklists and maintenance records

Follow LOTO and industrial safety practices
