JD:

The role is of Procurement and Purchase Manager includes -

- Implementation of purchasing strategies and manage purchases in terms of contract, financials and planning.

- Perform activities of purchase, negotiation, finalisation of contract in accordance to set objectives.

- Supply chain management ( Order to delivery) - by coordinating with planning, inspection and logistics team in accordance with project objectives

- Vendor management - monitoring of sourcing, evaluation and claim management

- Interface with supplier and various internal and external stake holders

- Identify and manage procurement risk and opportunities.

- Ensuring commercial closure of the procurement after settling out all the bills payable.

- Supplier performance evaluation and feedback reporting

- Development and evaluation of vendor data base

- MIS reporting and support to tendering team for contracts bidding.
