Responsibilities

Follow the agenda for the management review meeting (MRM).

All members must be relieved of their anxiety of an ISO audit by making sure that all procedures and documentation are kept up to date.

Along with quality words, the team members of the quality department must be trained.

He must make sure that failures are reduced and that the FRB (Failure Review Board) is conducted robustly.

creates, puts into practice, and oversees procedures to guarantee that goods fulfil delivery requirements for quality, functionality, and dependability.

determines and establishes suitable quality criteria and limits for goods.

Verify production's uniformity and dependability by examining the final product and manufacturing procedures.
