Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Purchase Executive to join our growing manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies.   

Requirements:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.

Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Monitor purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies or delays.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

Collaborate with production and inventory control to ensure adequate inventory levels.

Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions

Skills:

Procurement Experience: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and procurement.

Negotiation Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

The capacity to establish and preserve solid supplier connections is known as supplier management.

Market analysis is the study of pricing and market patterns.
