JD:

Qualifications : 

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience as a BFSI recruiter or in a similar role. Experience in a team management role is preferred.

Knowledge of the BFSI industry and its recruitment trends is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage a team of recruiters and prioritize recruitment tasks effectively.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong customer/client service orientation and negotiation skills.
Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
