Responsibilities

Awareness of Head Load, Equipment Choice, and BOQ Preparation. Solid familiarity with HVAC sites and assessing estimates, BOQs, drawings, etc. Organizing with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients. Guaranteeing optimal functioning of the HVAC system, including the chiller, AHU, FCU, chilled water pump, VRF, package ductable unit, etc. Working with the purchase department to coordinate the prompt delivery of materials to the sites. Grounding on-site construction operations to guarantee project completion on schedule and efficient use of resources to optimize production.

Role: HVAC Technician

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Related

Salary: From 18K per month
