We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive to join our operations team in Chennai who is extremely well-organised, thorough, and productive. Managing a variety of back-office duties, making sure that data is processed accurately, answering consumer enquiries through non-voice means, and upholding strict quality and productivity requirements are all part of your job description. This position is essential to supporting our main company operations and guaranteeing smooth client/customer interactions without the need for direct phone calls.

Responsibilities

Process data from multiple sources accurately and quickly, then enter it into the appropriate systems or applications.

When required, escalate complicated concerns to the proper team or supervisor.

Process, classify, and arrange both paper and digital documents.

Engage in quality assessments and apply suggestions for ongoing development.

Keep thorough records of all the work you do and the transactions you conduct.

Protect private data and preserve data integrity.
