Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech  

Location: Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Determine areas for improvement, such as cutting cycle times, cutting waste, and raising product quality, by analysing and assessing current manufacturing processes.

Put lean manufacturing concepts and other techniques for continuous improvement (like Six Sigma and Kaizen) into practice.

Help create production plans and schedules to satisfy client demands and output goals.

Track the status of production and find and fix any delays or bottlenecks.

Skills:

strong knowledge of the principles and procedures of manufacturing.

familiarity with scheduling and production planning methods.

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognise and address production-related problems.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with engineers, production staff, and other departments.
