Job Description

In your role as a production supervisor, you will be in charge of managing day-to-day production operations, making sure that deadlines are fulfilled, quality standards are upheld, and safety procedures are observed. You will oversee and train a group of production workers, solve operational problems, and carry out projects for ongoing improvement.

Responsibility:

To fulfil production goals and timetables, oversee and plan each day's operations.

Keep an eye on production output, quality, and efficiency and make any corrections.

Oversee, inspire, and train a group of manufacturing workers while creating a happy and effective work atmosphere.

Maintain product quality by ensuring that quality control standards and procedures are followed.

Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.

Role: Production Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE

Location: In and Around Chennai
