Responsibilities
Talent acquisition is the process of finding, vetting, and luring competent applicants via a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, recommendations).
Candidate Screening: To determine a candidate's suitability, conduct preliminary screening interviews.
Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding: Oversee the documentation, orientation, and training phases of the new hire onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Establish and preserve solid bonds with staff members.
Employer Branding: Use a variety of platforms to advertise the company's employer brand.
Compliance: Make sure that employment rules and regulations are followed.
Data management: Keep thorough and current records of all hiring-related operations.
