Key Responsibilities:

During the designated shift, supervise and direct production activities, making sure that deadlines and goals are met.

Keep an eye on production output, quality, and efficiency and make any corrections.

Oversee and inspire a group of production workers while creating a happy and effective work atmosphere.

Verify that quality control guidelines and protocols are being followed.

Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
