In the Manufacturing Sector, an experienced Shift Incharge is needed.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE

Oversee and coordinate production tasks during the designated shift, making sure that deadlines and goals are met.

Keep an eye on production efficiency, quality, and output and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.

Create a productive and upbeat work atmosphere by leading and inspiring a group of manufacturing workers.

Verify compliance with quality control guidelines and protocols.

Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety rules and procedures.

Salary: Based on Previous Experience
