Responsibilities
1. Client Support & Sales:
- Offer phone support to clients, assisting in the sale of various financial products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Provide detailed product explanations and help clients make informed decisions.
2. Target Achievement:
- Take responsibility for reaching and surpassing the regular sales goals and targets assigned by the company.
- Stay motivated and committed to exceeding performance expectations through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
3. Accuracy & Compliance:
- Ensure that all customer service interactions are handled without mistakes, and no financial losses occur during the service.
- Verify the accuracy of information shared with clients and ensure compliance with the company's policies.
4. Fraud Prevention:
- Strive to ensure that there are no instances of fraud or misrepresentation in the client service process.
- Follow all anti-fraud measures and company protocols to safeguard clients and the organization.
5. Internal Communication:
- Respond to all internal communications promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth coordination with other teams and departments.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all client interactions and internal correspondence.
6. Adherence to Policies:
- Respect and uphold the company’s policies and procedures while handling client interactions.
- Stay updated with any changes to company policies or financial product offerings and ensure strict adherence to established guidelines.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
