Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and carry out preventive maintenance plans for all of the facility's equipment, such as the fire safety, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Perform standard maintenance procedures and inspections on a regular basis.

React quickly to crises and maintenance requests.

Oversee the facility's maintenance, which includes minor repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
