Skills required:

strong familiarity with building systems, such as fire safety, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

fundamental knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.

Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix equipment issues.

Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with vendors, contractors, and coworkers.
