Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in our Chennai manufacturing facility, including wiring, lighting fixtures, control panels, and motors.

Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using appropriate testing equipment and techniques, ensuring minimal downtime.

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment according to schedules and safety standards specific to Chennai.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately, understanding local electrical codes.

Install and maintain electrical safety devices and ensure compliance with safety regulations within the Chennai plant.

Skills
Excellent ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) relevant to manufacturing in Chennai.

Comprehensive knowledge of cutting tools, tool selection criteria, and machining parameters for a variety of materials commonly used in our Chennai operations.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to CNC programs and machining processes on the shop floor in Chennai.

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
