Responsibilities:

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.  

Coordinate and schedule further interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

Administer assessments and tests as required.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.  

Qualification:

Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking.

Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
