Job Description
Responsibilities
Work with Management to arrange office space and facilities, including upkeep and repairs.
Oversee reservations for meeting spaces and guarantee appropriate use.
Keep track of and control team members' access cards.
Place an order for office supplies, along with prizes, drinks, and snacks.
Respond to service requests for office equipment (phones, computers, etc.) and arrange for replacements.
Handle problems with vendors and arrange fixes.
Communicate with suppliers of office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
Make sure payments are made on schedule, and settle any disputes.
Help in paying bills and maintenance costs.
Observe and track spending in the office.
Put policies in place to guard sensitive data and stop fraud.
Team members should receive administrative help as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office coordination, facility management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for handling vendor negotiations and internal coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of budget management and office operations.
