Collaborate in Our Team as Engineer in Utility Maintenance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all utility systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and compressed air systems.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.

Manage and coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.

Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other utility systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
