Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Office Space and Facility Management:
- Coordinate office space and facilities, including scheduling maintenance and repairs in collaboration with management.
- Manage meeting room bookings to ensure efficient use of office space.
2. Access and Office Supplies:
- Track and manage access cards for team members to ensure proper security and compliance.
- Order and maintain office supplies, including snacks, refreshments, and employee rewards.
3. Asset and Vendor Management:
- Handle service complaints and coordinate repairs or replacements related to office assets (e.g., laptops, phones).
- Address vendor issues and liaise with vendors for supplies, services, and repairs.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors, resolving discrepancies as needed.
4. Bill Payments and Budget Tracking:
- Assist with bill payments and track maintenance expenses.
- Monitor and track office budgets to ensure adherence and report any variances to management.
5. Fraud Prevention and Information Security:
- Implement measures to prevent fraud and protect sensitive information, ensuring compliance with company policies.
6. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, helping with various office-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Role: Admin Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: Chennai
Salary: From 25K per Month
