Candidate Sourcing: Find potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

Candidate Screening: Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.

Hiring Needs: Work with managers to understand their staffing needs.

Job Offers: Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate candidate information.

External Partnerships: Build relationships with recruitment agencies and partners.

Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and practices.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
