Job Description

Responsibilities

- Provide Administrative Support to Senior Management and Various Departments: Assist in managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence to ensure efficient operations across the organization.

 

- Coordinate Travel Arrangements for Origins Food and Travel: Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation for team members visiting India, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

 

- Manage Sending and Receiving of Documents and Assets: Oversee the logistics of document and asset transfers through couriers, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of materials from vendors, stakeholders, and employees.

 

- Maintain and Organize Office Files, Records, and Documentation: Implement and uphold an organized filing system for both physical and digital records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important documents.

 

- Order and Manage Office Supplies: Regularly assess office supply needs and place orders for stationery, printer accessories, and pantry requirements, including water and coffee machine supplies, on a biweekly or monthly basis to maintain uninterrupted office operations.

 

- Oversee Office Maintenance: Ensure the workspace is well-maintained by coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance, addressing any facility issues promptly.

 

- Issue and Maintain Parking Records: Manage the allocation of parking slots for employees, keeping accurate records of both used and available spaces for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

 

- Maintain Housekeeping Attendance Records: Track and document attendance for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and service quality.

 

- Conduct Regular Checks on A/C Services: Schedule and monitor regular maintenance of air conditioning units, keeping detailed records of service dates and any repairs needed.

 

- Manage Cabin and Cupboard Keys: Maintain a secure system for the issuance and return of keys for office cabins and cupboards, ensuring accountability.

 

- Coordinate with Housekeeping for In-House Plants: Collaborate with housekeeping staff to establish a watering schedule for office plants, ensuring they remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

 

- Assist in Organizing Office Events and Celebrations: Support the planning and execution of office events, celebrations, and decorations, working closely with HR to ensure a positive and engaging atmosphere for employees.

Role: Admin Executive 

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 18K per month
