VMC Setter Advancement in the CNC Milling Profession

Job Description

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Salary: Based on interview Performance

Focus Skills:

Technical proficiency: extensive familiarity with VMC controllers made by Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or Mitsubishi.

Expert use of micrometers, coordinate measurement data, and dial test indicators (DTI).

Strong knowledge of milling tool geometries, including drills, taps, end mills, and face mills, is a sign of mechanical aptitude.

The ability to decipher intricate GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.
