Job Description

The HR Executive will support various HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals in Chennai. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and Indian labor laws.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Skills:

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tamil. Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA

Experience: 3+ yrs
