Job Description

We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team who is driven and results-oriented. You will be in charge of managing a variety of back-office tasks in this position, such as data entry, research, and customer service via chat and email.

What you will do:

Process customer data accurately and efficiently, including data entry, verification, and updates.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, or other non-voice channels.

Conduct research and analysis on various topics as required.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.

Adhere to quality standards and meet performance targets

What we need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
