Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manpower Management:

   - Ensure the availability of qualified and adequate manpower as per the plant's operational requirements.

   - Collaborate with department heads to plan and manage manpower needs efficiently.

 

2. Training and Development:

   - Facilitate on-the-job training for operators and staff, following the training calendar.

   - Oversee the implementation of skill development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

 

3. HR Policy Implementation:

   - Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies at the plant level, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.

   - Address and resolve HR-related issues to maintain employee morale and productivity.

 

4. Safety and Well-being:

   - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and measures, fostering a safe work environment for all employees at the plant.

   - Monitor employee well-being initiatives and promote a culture of safety within the plant.

 

5. Statutory Compliance:

   - Ensure timely adherence to statutory and legal compliance, including the submission of all applicable returns as per the timeline checklist.

   - Oversee contractors to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including maintaining accurate records.

 

6. General Administration:

   - Ensure the quality of services in General Administration, housekeeping, pantry, canteen, and security management at the plant.

   - Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of service.

 

7. Government and Local Liaison:

   - Liaise with government agencies, local bodies, and civil authorities to maintain strong relations and ensure smooth operations.

   - Address and resolve any regulatory or local issues that may arise.

 

8. Compliance and Audits:

   - Ensure compliance with IATF standards, safety regulations, and recommendations from HR audits.

   - Implement corrective actions and maintain continuous improvement in HR processes and plant operations.

 

9. Contract Management:

   - Manage contract agreements and ensure timely renewals in line with organizational requirements.

   - Maintain records and documentation related to contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Salary: From 18K per month

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
