Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preventive Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Preventive Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our critical equipment by implementing and executing a proactive maintenance strategy.

Requirements:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment (HT/LT).

Set and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for maintenance activities

Manage vendor contracts for maintenance services and ensure timely completion of AMC work

Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement in maintenance efficiency.

Identify and communicate energy-saving opportunities to Facilities/Department Managers

Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.

Maintenance Management: Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments.
