Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and uphold quality standards and processes to guarantee that every product satisfies the necessary requirements and legal requirements.

Oversee audits, testing, and product inspections to find flaws and potential improvement areas.

Determine the causes of quality problems and work with the production team to put preventative and remedial measures in place.

Utilise Six Sigma, Lean, and other techniques to enhance quality control procedures and lower defect rates.

Employees should receive training on quality standards and procedures.

Make sure that the needs of the client and industry standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 are met.

Prepare and present quality reports to management, including key performance indicators and improvement plans.
