Job description :

As a CNC Operator in Chennai, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time role, and you should be prepared to work in an office environment. 

**Key Responsibilities:**- 

**Setup CNC Machines:

** Prepare the CNC machines for operation by installing tools and fixtures based on specifications. This ensures that the machines are ready to produce the required parts accurately.- 

**Operate CNC Equipment:** Monitor and manage the CNC machines during production runs. You'll need to ensure they function correctly and efficiently to meet production targets.- **Inspect Finished Products:** Check the dimensions and quality of the finished parts using measuring tools. This step is crucial to ensure that all products meet the required standards and specifications.- **Perform Maintenance:** Regularly clean and maintain CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal functioning. This includes lubricating parts and checking for wear and tear.- **Record Production Data:** Maintain accurate logs of production output and any issues encountered during the machining process for quality control and reporting.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education and can be fresh graduates or have up to 5 years of experience in machining. You must be detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination. Basic knowledge of machining principles and CNC operation will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are needed to work in a team and follow instructions accurately. Safety awareness in a manufacturing environment is also essential.
