Responsibilities
Supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations; 
create and maintain a safe work environment; 
monitor and analyze production processes and performance; 
uphold quality control standards to guarantee customer satisfaction; 
keep an eye on raw material and supply inventories; 
devise cost-cutting and efficiency-boosting strategies;
