Finding the right welding techniques and dimensions requires reading and interpreting simple drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.

In order to ensure correct alignment, clean, grind, or fit components as needed to prepare materials for welding.

For the best welding, set up the welding equipment, adjusting variables like current, voltage, and gas flow.

Verify the basic quality of completed welds by looking for significant flaws, consistent beading, and enough penetration.

Use simple measuring equipment to confirm the welded components' dimensions.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI Degree

Experience 3+ yrs
