Job Description

Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of implementing and overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes at construction or project sites.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Control Plans (QC Plans) in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor and control the quality of materials, workmanship, and testing activities on-site.

Identify and document non-conformances, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on quality-related matters.

What you need:

Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles and practices.

Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI).

Ability to interpret project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.

Experience in conducting inspections and audits on construction or project sites.
