Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs 

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Production Planning & Optimization: Plan and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and meet production targets.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality problems.

Capacity Planning: Determine production capacity and plan for future production needs.

Skills:

Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of engineering principles, including manufacturing processes, materials science, and industrial engineering.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams.
