Key Responsibilities:

Participate actively in all assigned training modules and on-the-job training rotations within our Chennai facility.

Learn about different production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures under the guidance of experienced personnel.

Assist production operators and technicians in their daily tasks.

Observe and understand safety protocols and adhere to them strictly.

Maintain a training log and document learning experiences.

What you Need:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts.

Strong aptitude for learning technical skills.

Good mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery.

Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE

Experience: Freshers
