Key Responsibilities:

To comprehend the machining specifications, dimensions, and tolerances unique to VMC processes, interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and task orders.

Choose, put together, and install the proper work-holding devices, fixtures, tool holders, and cutting tools on the VMC.

To cut down on VMC setup time, use tool presetters to pre-set tools.

To make sure the VMC is operating correctly and the parts are accurate, do dry runs and trial cuts.

Carry out routine weekly and daily maintenance on the VMC, including lubricating and cleaning machine parts.
