Job Description

Focus: Emphasize the primary skills of establishing and leading quality control strategies specifically for injection moulded parts, ensuring adherence to stringent standards, optimizing processes, and fostering a quality-centric culture within a Chennai-based plastics manufacturing environment.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Design, develop, and implement electronic control systems, automation solutions, and instrumentation for manufacturing processes in our Chennai facility.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and electronic issues in manufacturing equipment and systems, minimizing downtime in our Chennai plant.

Develop and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and other automation software relevant to our Chennai operations.

Design and implement sensors, actuators, and other electronic components for process monitoring and control in our Chennai manufacturing lines.

Collaborate with mechanical, production, and maintenance teams in Chennai to integrate electronic systems with overall manufacturing processes.

What you need:

Strong understanding of fundamental electronic engineering principles, circuit analysis, and control systems.

Knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and industrial automation concepts.

Familiarity with sensors, actuators, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
