Setting up, running, and maintaining CNC vertical machining centres to create quality parts in accordance with engineering drawings and standards will be your responsibility as a VMC Operator. Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code), tooling, and accurate measuring methods are necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble VMC machines using the right equipment, fixtures, and workholding devices in accordance with engineering drawings and task specifications.

Workpieces can be loaded and unloaded into the VMC machine.

Determine dimensional specifications, tolerances, and machining sequences by reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

To guarantee precision and maximise machining operations, comprehend and modify CNC programs (G-code).

Make sure you have the right tool offsets and choose and mount the right cutting tools.

Use VMC machines effectively and safely to machine parts to exact specifications for surface finishes and dimensions.

What you Need:

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

Knowledge of different cutting tools and their applications.

Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
