Job Description

Responsibilities:

In our Chennai facility, precisely set up CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.) in compliance with work orders, drawings, and project specifications relevant to our local production needs.

To verify program accuracy and identify any issues, we do machine proving and dry runs at our Chennai factory prior to production starting.

Make any necessary adjustments to machine parameters (offsets, tool wear compensation) to ensure that parts meet the size and quality standards demanded by Chennai's industries.

Note and record the setup settings, the tooling used, and any deviations from standard procedures in compliance with the record-keeping procedures of our Chennai site.

Cooperate with CNC operators and programmers to improve setups and machining processes in the Chennai region.

Maintain workholding and tooling equipment on a regular basis.

Skills:

the capacity to configure the many CNC machine types (mills, lathes, etc.) our Chennai facility regularly uses.

hands-on experience assembling and aligning tooling and workholding apparatus.

the ability to verify setup accuracy with a range of precise measuring instruments, including callipers, gauges, and micrometres.

Experience: 2+ yrs

Qualification: Any ITI / Diploma Graduation
