Roles and Responsibilities:

In order to create parts in accordance with technical drawings and requirements, you will be in charge of setting up, running, and overseeing Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs) as a VMC Operator headquartered in Chennai. Your knowledge of VMC machine operations, CNC programming fundamentals pertinent to our Chennai manufacturing processes, and quality control protocols will all be greatly improved by this position. Interpreting technical drawings, loading and running CNC programs, changing tools, and making sure that components are machined accurately to our quality standards are all skills you will acquire.

Skills:

fundamental knowledge of the setup and operation of CNC machines related to the common controls used in Chennai (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain).

knowledge of G-code and M-code programming (at a basic level; it is recommended to be able to load and modify small programs).

the capacity to choose, set up, and modify the proper cutting tools.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
