Responsibilities:

Develop and improve CNC programs for a range of CNC machines (such as those used for milling, turning, and grinding) based on engineering drawings, models, and specifications.

Selecting the appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and speeds will guarantee accurate and efficient machining processes.

G-code programming or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD CAM, or SolidCAM) can be used to manually create and change CNC programs.

Simulate and validate CNC programs for accuracy, collision avoidance, and cycle time optimisation.

Set up and operate CNC machines to test new programs and make necessary adjustments.

Examine and resolve issues with machining processes and CNC software.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI / Diploma Graduation

Experience: 3+ yrs
